Products are shipped via UPS or USPS carriers other carriers may apply.  

Please allow 2-7 business days to process orders for shipment.


Due to COVID-19 variants and inclement weather, please consider shipping delays. For specific tracking and questions regarding processed/pending orders please email or call for updates if you have questions. 

Shipping rates will vary based on weight.

We take diligence in our products and work in a safe healthy environment.


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are granted if the item are damaged during shipment.


Candles are package securely. However, if you discover damage to the candle or product(s) that has occurred during shipping, please notify us IMMEDIATELY at least 48 hours of receipt of your candle. Please take clear photos of the damaged item and email it to . Please return the damaged item with the original packaging if applicable.  When received, please allow us to assess the item. Please allow 7-14 business days for a refund.

Returns are to be made within 14 day window from date of purchase if not satisfied with item.  Exchanges are deemed for the same or greater value (greater value, customer responsible to pay the difference.)


Exchanges are not applicable with used candles, cleansers, serums, face or body cream and perfume.
